Xinjiang Beiken Energy Engineering Co., LTD. (Beiken for short) was established in 2009, with a registered capital of 20.9876 million yuan, registered in Karamay, Xinjiang. Beiken's main business is integrated technical services for oil and gas exploration and development. It was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange on December 8, 2016, with stock code 002828.

After years of development, Beiken has initially formed three major business systems: integrated engineering and technical service general contracting, characteristic oilfield chemicals and technical services, and  testing、maintenance and leasing services. It is one of the few private listed enterprises in China with integrated engineering and technical service general contracting capability and complete service capability of the whole industry chain of petrochemical and oilfield services.  Beiken has formed a radiation Xinjiang, Sichuan and Chongqing, Shanxi, overseas four market layout. The main service customers are gas fields of Petrochina, Sinopec,  and CNOOC, as well as AAG Energy Holdings Limited, Roc Oil Company Pty Limited, WARBURG, Halliburton, etc.

Beiken is capable of providing integrated engineering and technical services for drilling horizontal Wells, cluster Wells, diagonal horizontal Wells and under-balanced Wells in different regions and under different geological conditions. With the service capacity to complete 700,000 meters of drilling per year, the company is able to engage in integrated exploration and development of conventional oil and gas, shale gas, tight gas, coalbed gas, geothermal and other resources. Since its establishment, the company has completed more than 3,000 drilling Wells of various kinds, with a total drilled depth of more than 3.5 million meters.
